CVE-2026-9547 harbor/valkey-photon When a libcurl-based application performs transfers via SCP:// or SFTP:// and utilizes the CURLOPT_SSH_KEYFUNCTION callback, it may silently accept an untrusted server. This vulnerability occurs when a server presents a host key type that does not match the specific key type already recorded for that host in the known_hosts file. Instead of rejecting the mismatch, the callback mechanism fails to properly enforce the restriction, allowing the connection to succeed without warning and risking a potential man-in-the-middle attack.
CVE-2026-9546 harbor/valkey-photon A vulnerability in libcurl caused the HTTP Referer: header to persist even when explicitly cleared. While the documentation states that passing NULL to CURLOPT_REFERER suppresses the header, the option failed to clear the internal state. As a result the previous referrer string was erroneously reused and sent in subsequent requests, potentially leaking sensitive information to unintended servers.
CVE-2026-9545 harbor/valkey-photon In this scenario, libcurl first uses a proper HTTP/3 server for the initial transfers, and when it makes a second transfer to the same site it has been replaced by the attacker's impostor machine - without a valid certificate. When libcurl returns to the hostname the second time with a cached SSL session (CURLOPT_SSL_SESSIONID_CACHE is not disabled) and early data enabled (the CURLSSLOPT_EARLYDATA bit is set in CURLOPT_SSL_OPTIONS), libcurl might send off the second request's bytes on that new connection before enforcing the certificate verification failure. Potentially leaking sensitive information.
CVE-2026-9150 harbor/harbor-core
harbor/harbor-db
harbor/harbor-exporter
harbor/harbor-jobservice
harbor/harbor-log
harbor/harbor-portal
harbor/harbor-registryctl
harbor/nginx-photon
harbor/prepare
harbor/registry-photon
harbor/trivy-adapter-photon
A flaw was found in libsolv. This stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability occurs in libsolv's Debian metadata parser when processing specially crafted Debian repository metadata. An attacker could exploit this by providing malicious SHA384 or SHA512 checksum tags, leading to memory corruption and a denial of service (DoS) in the affected system.
CVE-2026-9149 harbor/harbor-core
harbor/harbor-db
harbor/harbor-exporter
harbor/harbor-jobservice
harbor/harbor-log
harbor/harbor-portal
harbor/harbor-registryctl
harbor/nginx-photon
harbor/prepare
harbor/registry-photon
harbor/trivy-adapter-photon
A flaw was found in libsolv. This heap buffer overflow vulnerability occurs when a victim processes a specially crafted .solv file containing negative size values in the repo_add_solv function. This leads to an undersized memory allocation and a subsequent out-of-bounds write. An attacker could exploit this to cause a denial of service (DoS).
CVE-2026-9080 harbor/valkey-photon Calling curl_easy_pause() within the event-based CURLMOPT_SOCKETFUNCTION callback triggers a use-after-free vulnerability, where libcurl attempts to store a flag using a dangling struct pointer immediately after that pointer's memory has been freed.
CVE-2026-9079 harbor/valkey-photon libcurl had a flaw that when instructed to clear proxy authentication credentials which made it not do so, leaving the old credentials around to get used for subsequent transfers that should not know nor use them.
CVE-2026-8932 harbor/valkey-photon libcurl would reuse a previously created connection even when some mTLS config related option had been changed that should have prohibited reuse. libcurl keeps previously used connections in a connection pool for subsequent transfers to reuse if one of them matches the setup. However, some TLS settings related to client certificates were left out from the configuration match checks, making them match too easily. In particular options related to the private key.
CVE-2026-8927 harbor/valkey-photon When reusing a libcurl handle for sequential transfers driven by environment-variable proxy configuration, libcurl fails to clear the proxy authentication state between requests. Specifically, if the initial transfer authenticates against proxyA using Digest auth, a subsequent transfer routed through proxyB erroneously leaks the Proxy-Authorization: header intended solely for proxyA.
CVE-2026-8926 harbor/valkey-photon When asking curl to use a .netrc file to find credentials and at the same time specifying a URL with a username(without a password), like https://user@example.com/, curl could wrongly get and use the password for another user set in the .netrc file for that host if such a one exists and there is no match for the specified user.
CVE-2026-8925 harbor/valkey-photon The curl logic that works with SASL authentication could end up cleaning up the GSASL context twice without clearing the pointer in between, making it free() the same pointer twice.
CVE-2026-8924 harbor/valkey-photon A flaw in curl's cookie parsing logic allows a malicious HTTP server to set 'super cookies' that bypass the Public Suffix List check. This enables an attacker-controlled origin to inject cookies that curl subsequently scopes and transmits to unrelated third-party domains.
CVE-2026-8458 harbor/valkey-photon libcurl might in some circumstances reuse the wrong connection when asked to do Negotiate-authenticated ones, even when they are set to use different 'services'. libcurl features a pool of recent connections so that subsequent requests can reuse an existing connection to avoid overhead. When reusing a connection a range of criteria must be met. Due to a logical error in the code, a request that was issued by an application could wrongfully reuse an existing connection to the same server that was authenticated using different services.
CVE-2026-8286 harbor/valkey-photon A vulnerability exists where a new transfer that uses STARTTLS to upgrade the connection might reuse an existing live connection even though the TLS configuration mismatches so it should not.
CVE-2026-6637 harbor/harbor-db Stack buffer overflow in PostgreSQL module "refint" allows an unprivileged database user to execute arbitrary code as the operating system user running the database. A distinct attack is possible if the application declares a user-controlled column as a "refint" cascade primary key and facilitates user-controlled updates to that column. In that case, a SQL injection allows a primary key update value provider to execute arbitrary SQL as the database user performing the primary key update. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.4, 17.10, 16.14, 15.18, and 14.23 are affected.
CVE-2026-6479 harbor/harbor-db Uncontrolled recursion in PostgreSQL SSL and GSS negotiation allows an attacker able to connect to a PostgreSQL AF_UNIX socket to achieve sustained denial of service. If SSL and GSS are both disabled, an attacker can do the same via access to a PostgreSQL TCP socket. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.4, 17.10, 16.14, 15.18, and 14.23 are affected.
CVE-2026-6478 harbor/harbor-db Covert timing channel in comparison of MD5-hashed password in PostgreSQL authentication allows an attacker to recover user credentials sufficient to authenticate. This does not affect scram-sha-256 passwords, the default in all supported releases. However, current databases may have MD5-hashed passwords originating in upgrades from PostgreSQL 13 or earlier. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.4, 17.10, 16.14, 15.18, and 14.23 are affected.
CVE-2026-6477 harbor/harbor-db Use of inherently dangerous function PQfn(..., result_is_int=0, ...) in PostgreSQL libpq lo_export(), lo_read(), lo_lseek64(), and lo_tell64() functions allows the server superuser to overwrite a client stack buffer with an arbitrarily-large response. Like gets(), PQfn(..., result_is_int=0, ...) stores arbitrary-length, server-determined data into a buffer of unspecified size. Because both the \lo_export command in psql and pg_dump call lo_read(), the server superuser can overwrite pg_dump or psql stack memory. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.4, 17.10, 16.14, 15.18, and 14.23 are affected.
CVE-2026-6475 harbor/harbor-db Symlink following in PostgreSQL pg_basebackup plain format and in pg_rewind allows an origin superuser to overwrite local files, e.g. /var/lib/postgres/.bashrc, that hijack the operating system account. It will remain the case that starting the server after these commands implicitly trusts the origin superuser, due to features like shared_preload_libraries. Hence, the attack has practical implications only if one takes relevant action between these commands and server start, like moving the files to a different VM or snapshotting the VM. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.4, 17.10, 16.14, 15.18, and 14.23 are affected.
CVE-2026-6474 harbor/harbor-db Externally-controlled format string in PostgreSQL timeofday() function allows an attacker to retrieve portions of server memory, via crafted timezone zones. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.4, 17.10, 16.14, 15.18, and 14.23 are affected.
CVE-2026-6473 harbor/harbor-db Integer wraparound in multiple PostgreSQL server features allows an unprivileged database user to cause the server to undersize an allocation and write out-of-bounds. This may execute arbitrary code as the operating system user running the database. In applications that pass gigabyte-scale user inputs to the relevant database functions, the application input provider may achieve a segmentation fault. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.4, 17.10, 16.14, 15.18, and 14.23 are affected.
CVE-2026-6472 harbor/harbor-db Missing authorization in PostgreSQL CREATE TYPE allows an object creator to hijack other queries that use search_path to find user-defined types, including extension-defined types. That is to say, the victim will execute arbitrary SQL functions of the attacker's choice. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.4, 17.10, 16.14, 15.18, and 14.23 are affected.
CVE-2026-58016 harbor/harbor-db
harbor/harbor-log
harbor/valkey-photon
A flaw was found in GLib. A state confusion issue exists in g_dbus_node_info_new_for_xml() in the gio/gdbusintrospection.c file when processing malformed D-Bus introspection XML, specifically with a node element nested within other elements like method, signal, property or arg. This issue can cause an unsigned integer overflow and lead to an out-of-bounds read, resulting in a denial of service.
CVE-2026-58015 harbor/harbor-db
harbor/harbor-log
harbor/valkey-photon
A flaw was found in GLib. The D-Bus client-side implementation of the DBUS_COOKIE_SHA1 SASL authentication mechanism does not validate the cookie_context parameter received from the server. A malicious D-Bus server can supply a cookie_context containing path traversal sequences, causing the client to read an arbitrary file and exfiltrate sensitive data by verifying guessed file contents against a generated hash.
CVE-2026-58013 harbor/harbor-db
harbor/harbor-log
harbor/valkey-photon
A flaw was found in GLib. A buffer over-read can occur in g_io_channel_read_line_backend() in the giochannel.c file when a custom line terminator with a length greater than one is set, causing memcmp to read past the GString buffer. This vulnerability can cause a minor information disclosure of 7 bytes or a denial of service when the buffer over-read crosses a page boundary.
CVE-2026-58012 harbor/harbor-db
harbor/harbor-log
harbor/valkey-photon
A flaw was found in GLib. A buffer over-read can occur in the g_regex_replace function when used with the G_REGEX_RAW compile flag and case-change replacement escapes because the string_append function processes matched substrings using UTF-8 functions that assume valid UTF-8 input, even when the string is treated as raw bytes. This vulnerability can cause a minor information disclosure of 1-5 bytes and a denial of service when the buffer over-read crosses a page boundary.
CVE-2026-58011 harbor/harbor-db
harbor/harbor-log
harbor/valkey-photon
A flaw was found in GLib. An out-of-bounds read of only 2 bytes can occur in the g_date_time_get_ymd function in the glib/gdatetime.c file when an invalid GDateTime object produced by the g_date_time_add_full function is processed. This flaw can corrupt the date output and potentially cause logic errors that may lead to a denial of service.
CVE-2026-58010 harbor/harbor-db
harbor/harbor-log
harbor/valkey-photon
A flaw was found in GLib. An off-by-one error can occur in the gvs_tuple_is_normal function in the glib/gvariant-serialiser.c file when doing an alignment padding check because the bounds check uses > instead of >=, causing an out-of-bounds read of only 1 byte. This issue can cause a minor information disclosure of 1 byte and a denial of service when the out-of-bounds read crosses a page boundary.
CVE-2026-56852 harbor/harbor-core
harbor/harbor-exporter
harbor/harbor-jobservice
A norm.Iter can enter an infinite loop when handling input containing invalid UTF-8 bytes.
CVE-2026-55200 harbor/valkey-photon libssh2 through 1.11.1, fixed in commit 7acf3df contains an out-of-bounds write vulnerability in ssh2_transport_read() that fails to enforce upper bounds on packet_length field. Remote attackers can send crafted SSH packets with excessively large packet_length values to corrupt heap memory and achieve remote code execution.
CVE-2026-55199 harbor/valkey-photon libssh2 through 1.11.1, fixed in commit 1762685, contains a pre-authentication denial of service vulnerability in the SSH_MSG_EXT_INFO handler in src/packet.c that allows a malicious SSH server to cause a client CPU exhaustion loop by sending a crafted extension count value. A malicious server can set nr_extensions to 0xFFFFFFFF during key exchange, causing the client to spin in a tight CPU loop for over 60 seconds because return values from _libssh2_get_string() are unchecked and the session timeout does not apply to CPU-bound loops.
CVE-2026-54369 harbor/harbor-db
harbor/harbor-log
harbor/valkey-photon
acl before version 2.4.0 contains a symlink traversal vulnerability in the libacl pathname-based functions acl_get_file(), acl_set_file(), acl_extended_file(), and acl_delete_def_file() that allows local attackers to escalate privileges by replacing any pathname component with a symbolic link. Attackers who control any component of a pathname processed by a privileged caller can redirect ACL read or write operations to arbitrary files or directories, enabling unauthorized manipulation of access control lists and local privilege escalation.

harbor/prepare
harbor/registry-photon
harbor/trivy-adapter-photon
A flaw was found in libsolv. This heap buffer overflow occurs during the decompression of attacker-controlled compressed data within .solv files due to insufficient input validation. An attacker can provide a specially crafted .solv file, which, when processed by a vulnerable application, can lead to out-of-bounds memory access. This could result in information disclosure, alteration of program execution, or a denial of service.

A command injection vulnerability was discovered in the rpmuncompress utility of RPM. When extracting certain archive formats (ZIP, 7z, GEM) to a specified destination directory, the tool inserts the archive's top-level folder name into a shell command without properly sanitizing it. A specially crafted archive containing shell metacharacters in its folder name can execute arbitrary commands as the user running the extraction.
CVE-2026-41989 harbor/harbor-db
harbor/harbor-log
harbor/valkey-photon
Libgcrypt before 1.12.2 sometimes allows a heap-based buffer overflow and denial of service via crafted ECDH ciphertext to gcry_pk_decrypt.
CVE-2026-27171 harbor/valkey-photon zlib before 1.3.2 allows CPU consumption via crc32_combine64 and crc32_combine_gen64 because x2nmodp can do right shifts within a loop that has no termination condition.
CVE-2026-2006 harbor/harbor-db Missing validation of multibyte character length in PostgreSQL text manipulation allows a database user to issue crafted queries that achieve a buffer overrun. That suffices to execute arbitrary code as the operating system user running the database. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.2, 17.8, 16.12, 15.16, and 14.21 are affected.
CVE-2026-2005 harbor/harbor-db Heap buffer overflow in PostgreSQL pgcrypto allows a ciphertext provider to execute arbitrary code as the operating system user running the database. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.2, 17.8, 16.12, 15.16, and 14.21 are affected.
CVE-2026-2004 harbor/harbor-db Missing validation of type of input in PostgreSQL intarray extension selectivity estimator function allows an object creator to execute arbitrary code as the operating system user running the database. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.2, 17.8, 16.12, 15.16, and 14.21 are affected.
CVE-2026-2003 harbor/harbor-db Improper validation of type "oidvector" in PostgreSQL allows a database user to disclose a few bytes of server memory. We have not ruled out viability of attacks that arrange for presence of confidential information in disclosed bytes, but they seem unlikely. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.2, 17.8, 16.12, 15.16, and 14.21 are affected.

CVE-2026-15588 harbor/harbor-db
harbor/harbor-log
harbor/valkey-photon
A denial-of-service and resource exhaustion vulnerability exists within the GDBus component of GLib. The gdbusauth authentication mechanism fails to enforce proper length limitations on data lines read from a client. An unauthenticated local or remote attacker can exploit this lack of input validation by sending excessively long streams of data, causing the application to consume massive amounts of system memory and CPU, potentially leading to a crash or system hang.
CVE-2026-15308 harbor/prepare The incremental HTML parser (html.parser.HTMLParser) allows for CPU denial-of-service through repeated unterminated markup declarations when processing uncontrolled data.

When an OpenSSL QUIC server (Listener SSL object) processes valid QUIC Initial packets for unknown destination connection IDs, it can allocate and queue new incoming channels without enforcing any limit.
CVE-2026-13346 harbor/prepare pip would incorrectly handle doubly-encoded package URLs from indexes allowing for files to be installed to arbitrary locations on disk even when installing wheels. This vulnerability requires downloading or installing a package from a malicious package index to succeed, malicious packages alone are not able to exploit this vulnerability. Note that this vulnerability only materially impacts users running pip download with the --only-binary option as installing source distributions from an untrusted index is already an unsafe operation that executes code during install time.
CVE-2026-11979 harbor/harbor-db libxml2 is vulnerable to multiple stack-based buffer overflows in the xmlcatalog utility when running in --shell mode. The usershell() function processes user input using fixed-size stack buffers without proper bounds checking. By supplying an overly long input line, an attacker can overflow internal buffers (command, arg, and argv) during input parsing. This results in memory corruption within the stack frame. Successful exploitation may cause a crash or potentially allow arbitrary code execution in the context of the xmlcatalog process. This issue has been fixed in the commit c2e233fc. NOTE: The maintainers of this project did not agree that this issue is a vulnerability and considered it a bug.
CVE-2026-11856 harbor/valkey-photon Successfully using libcurl to do a transfer to a specific HTTP origin (hostA) with Digest authentication and then changing the origin to a different one (hostB) for a second transfer, reusing the same handle, makes libcurl wrongly pass on the Authorization: header field meant for hostA, to hostB.
CVE-2026-11850 harbor/valkey-photon An integer underflow vulnerability was found in MIT krb5 in the berval2tl_data() function in plugins/kdb/ldap/libkdb_ldap/ldap_principal2.c. The function performs an unsigned subtraction (bv_len - 2) without a prior bounds check. When bv_len is 0 or 1, the subtraction wraps to a large value which is then truncated to uint16_t, yielding 0xFFFE (65534) or 0xFFFF (65535). The subsequent malloc succeeds and memcpy reads up to 65534 bytes from a 0-1 byte buffer, resulting in a heap out-of-bounds read. The attack vector involves a malicious or compromised LDAP KDB backend returning a krbExtraData attribute with bv_len < 2, triggering the underflow when the KDC or kadmind reads principal data.
CVE-2026-11824 harbor/valkey-photon SQLite before 3.53.2 contains a heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability in the FTS5 full-text search extension that allows attackers to cause a crash or execute arbitrary code by supplying a crafted database with malicious continuation page metadata specifying a szLeaf value smaller than 4. Attackers can trigger an integer underflow in fts5ChunkIterate() causing an inflated remaining byte count during FTS5 MATCH query processing, leading to a heap buffer overflow of attacker-controlled data in applications compiled with SQLITE_ENABLE_FTS5.
CVE-2026-11822 harbor/valkey-photon SQLite before 3.53.2 contains memory corruption vulnerabilities in the FTS5 full-text search extension that allow attackers to cause process crashes, memory exhaustion, or arbitrary code execution by supplying a crafted database with malformed FTS5 page data. Attackers can trigger an out-of-bounds read in fts5LeafSeek() via an attacker-controlled loop bound and a heap buffer overflow write in fts5ChunkIterate() through a crafted continuation page causing an integer underflow, exploitable when an FTS5 MATCH query is executed against the malicious database.
CVE-2026-11586 harbor/valkey-photon By default, curl automatically responds to WebSocket PING frames. Because curl lacks an upper bound on memory allocation for unacknowledged frames, a malicious server can exhaust all available memory by flooding curl with rapid, sequential PING messages.
CVE-2026-11564 harbor/valkey-photon libcurl keeps previously used connections in a connection pool for subsequent transfers to reuse if one of them matches the setup. An easy handle that first uses default native CA trust can continue trusting the native platform store after the application switches that same handle to custom CA material for a later transfer.
CVE-2026-10536 harbor/valkey-photon A use-after-free vulnerability exists in libcurl when an application configures an HTTP/2 stream-dependency tree via CURLOPT_STREAM_DEPENDS or CURLOPT_STREAM_DEPENDS_E, subsequently invokes curl_easy_reset(), and finally terminates the handle with curl_easy_cleanup(). During this final cleanup phase, libcurl attempts to access and modify an internal structure that was already freed during the reset operation.
CVE-2026-0994 harbor/harbor-log A denial-of-service (DoS) vulnerability exists in google.protobuf.json_format.ParseDict() in Python, where the max_recursion_depth limit can be bypassed when parsing nested google.protobuf.Any messages. Due to missing recursion depth accounting inside the internal Any-handling logic, an attacker can supply deeply nested Any structures that bypass the intended recursion limit, eventually exhausting Python's recursion stack and causing a RecursionError.
CVE-2025-8715 harbor/harbor-db Improper neutralization of newlines in pg_dump in PostgreSQL allows a user of the origin server to inject arbitrary code for restore-time execution as the client operating system account running psql to restore the dump, via psql meta-commands inside a purpose-crafted object name. The same attacks can achieve SQL injection as a superuser of the restore target server. pg_dumpall, pg_restore, and pg_upgrade are also affected. Versions before PostgreSQL 17.6, 16.10, 15.14, 14.19, and 13.22 are affected. Versions before 11.20 are unaffected. CVE-2012-0868 had fixed this class of problem, but version 11.20 reintroduced it.
CVE-2025-8714 harbor/harbor-db Untrusted data inclusion in pg_dump in PostgreSQL allows a malicious superuser of the origin server to inject arbitrary code for restore-time execution as the client operating system account running psql to restore the dump, via psql meta-commands. pg_dumpall is also affected. pg_restore is affected when used to generate a plain-format dump. This is similar to MySQL CVE-2024-21096. Versions before PostgreSQL 17.6, 16.10, 15.14, 14.19, and 13.22 are affected.
CVE-2025-8713 harbor/harbor-db PostgreSQL optimizer statistics allow a user to read sampled data within a view that the user cannot access. Separately, statistics allow a user to read sampled data that a row security policy intended to hide. PostgreSQL maintains statistics for tables by sampling data available in columns; this data is consulted during the query planning process. Prior to this release, a user could craft a leaky operator that bypassed view access control lists (ACLs) and bypassed row security policies in partitioning or table inheritance hierarchies. Reachable statistics data notably included histograms and most-common-values lists. CVE-2017-7484 and CVE-2019-10130 intended to close this class of vulnerability, but this gap remained. Versions before PostgreSQL 17.6, 16.10, 15.14, 14.19, and 13.22 are affected.
CVE-2025-62689 harbor/harbor-db

harbor/valkey-photon
NULL pointer dereference vulnerability exists in GNU libmicrohttpd v1.0.2 and earlier. The vulnerability was fixed in commit ff13abc on the master branch of the libmicrohttpd Git repository, after the v1.0.2 tag. A specially crafted packet sent by an attacker could cause a denial-of-service (DoS) condition.
CVE-2025-59777 harbor/harbor-db
harbor/harbor-log
harbor/valkey-photon
NULL pointer dereference vulnerability exists in GNU libmicrohttpd v1.0.2 and earlier. The vulnerability was fixed in commit ff13abc on the master branch of the libmicrohttpd Git repository, after the v1.0.2 tag. A specially crafted packet sent by an attacker could cause a denial-of-service (DoS) condition.
CVE-2025-47909 harbor/harbor-core Hosts listed in TrustedOrigins implicitly allow requests from the corresponding HTTP origins, allowing network MitMs to perform CSRF attacks. After the CVE-2025-24358 fix, a network attacker that places a form at http://example.com can't get it to submit to https://example.com because the Origin header is checked with sameOrigin against a synthetic URL. However, if a host is added to TrustedOrigins, both its HTTP and HTTPS origins will be allowed, because the schema of the synthetic URL is ignored and only the host is checked. For example, if an application is hosted on https://example.com and adds example.net to TrustedOrigins, a network attacker can serve a form at http://example.net to perform the attack. Applications should migrate to net/http.CrossOriginProtection, introduced in Go 1.25. If that is not an option, a backport is available as a module at filippo.io/csrf, and a drop-in replacement for the github.com/gorilla/csrf API is available at filippo.io/csrf/gorilla.
CVE-2025-4207 harbor/harbor-db Buffer over-read in PostgreSQL GB18030 encoding validation allows a database input provider to achieve temporary denial of service on platforms where a 1-byte over-read can elicit process termination. This affects the database server and also libpq. Versions before PostgreSQL 17.5, 16.9, 15.13, 14.18, and 13.21 are affected.
CVE-2025-24358 harbor/harbor-core gorilla/csrf provides Cross Site Request Forgery (CSRF) prevention middleware for Go web applications & services. Prior to 1.7.2, gorilla/csrf does not validate the Origin header against an allowlist. Its executes its validation of the Referer header for cross-origin requests only when it believes the request is being served over TLS. It determines this by inspecting the r.URL.Scheme value. However, this value is never populated for "server" requests per the Go spec, and so this check does not run in practice. This vulnerability allows an attacker who has gained XSS on a subdomain or top level domain to perform authenticated form submissions against gorilla/csrf protected targets that share the same top level domain. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.7.2.
CVE-2025-12818 harbor/harbor-db Integer wraparound in multiple PostgreSQL libpq client library functions allows an application input provider or network peer to cause libpq to undersize an allocation and write out-of-bounds by hundreds of megabytes. This results in a segmentation fault for the application using libpq. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.1, 17.7, 16.11, 15.15, 14.20, and 13.23 are affected.
CVE-2025-12817 harbor/harbor-db Missing authorization in PostgreSQL CREATE STATISTICS command allows a table owner to achieve denial of service against other CREATE STATISTICS users by creating in any schema. A later CREATE STATISTICS for the same name, from a user having the CREATE privilege, would then fail. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.1, 17.7, 16.11, 15.15, 14.20, and 13.23 are affected.
CVE-2025-1094 harbor/harbor-db Improper neutralization of quoting syntax in PostgreSQL libpq functions PQescapeLiteral(), PQescapeIdentifier(), PQescapeString(), and PQescapeStringConn() allows a database input provider to achieve SQL injection in certain usage patterns. Specifically, SQL injection requires the application to use the function result to construct input to psql, the PostgreSQL interactive terminal. Similarly, improper neutralization of quoting syntax in PostgreSQL command line utility programs allows a source of command line arguments to achieve SQL injection when client_encoding is BIG5 and server_encoding is one of EUC_TW or MULE_INTERNAL. Versions before PostgreSQL 17.3, 16.7, 15.11, 14.16, and 13.19 are affected.
CVE-2024-7348 harbor/harbor-db Time-of-check Time-of-use (TOCTOU) race condition in pg_dump in PostgreSQL allows an object creator to execute arbitrary SQL functions as the user running pg_dump, which is often a superuser. The attack involves replacing another relation type with a view or foreign table. The attack requires waiting for pg_dump to start, but winning the race condition is trivial if the attacker retains an open transaction. Versions before PostgreSQL 16.4, 15.8, 14.13, 13.16, and 12.20 are affected.
CVE-2024-4317 harbor/harbor-db Missing authorization in PostgreSQL built-in views pg_stats_ext and pg_stats_ext_exprs allows an unprivileged database user to read most common values and other statistics from CREATE STATISTICS commands of other users. The most common values may reveal column values the eavesdropper could not otherwise read or results of functions they cannot execute. Installing an unaffected version only fixes fresh PostgreSQL installations, namely those that are created with the initdb utility after installing that version. Current PostgreSQL installations will remain vulnerable until they follow the instructions in the release notes. Within major versions 14-16, minor versions before PostgreSQL 16.3, 15.7, and 14.12 are affected. Versions before PostgreSQL 14 are unaffected.
CVE-2024-10979 harbor/harbor-db Incorrect control of environment variables in PostgreSQL PL/Perl allows an unprivileged database user to change sensitive process environment variables (e.g. PATH). That often suffices to enable arbitrary code execution, even if the attacker lacks a database server operating system user. Versions before PostgreSQL 17.1, 16.5, 15.9, 14.14, 13.17, and 12.21 are affected.
CVE-2024-10978 harbor/harbor-db Incorrect privilege assignment in PostgreSQL allows a less-privileged application user to view or change different rows from those intended. An attack requires the application to use SET ROLE, SET SESSION AUTHORIZATION, or an equivalent feature. The problem arises when an application query uses parameters from the attacker or conveys query results to the attacker. If that query reacts to current_setting('role') or the current user ID, it may modify or return data as though the session had not used SET ROLE or SET SESSION AUTHORIZATION. The attacker does not control which incorrect user ID applies. Query text from less-privileged sources is not a concern here, because SET ROLE and SET SESSION AUTHORIZATION are not sandboxes for unvetted queries. Versions before PostgreSQL 17.1, 16.5, 15.9, 14.14, 13.17, and 12.21 are affected.
CVE-2024-10977 harbor/harbor-db Client use of server error message in PostgreSQL allows a server not trusted under current SSL or GSS settings to furnish arbitrary non-NUL bytes to the libpq application. For example, a man-in-the-middle attacker could send a long error message that a human or screen-scraper user of psql mistakes for valid query results. This is probably not a concern for clients where the user interface unambiguously indicates the boundary between one error message and other text. Versions before PostgreSQL 17.1, 16.5, 15.9, 14.14, 13.17, and 12.21 are affected.
CVE-2024-10976 harbor/harbor-db Incomplete tracking in PostgreSQL of tables with row security allows a reused query to view or change different rows from those intended. CVE-2023-2455 and CVE-2016-2193 fixed most interaction between row security and user ID changes. They missed cases where a subquery, WITH query, security invoker view, or SQL-language function references a table with a row-level security policy. This has the same consequences as the two earlier CVEs. That is to say, it leads to potentially incorrect policies being applied in cases where role-specific policies are used and a given query is planned under one role and then executed under other roles. This scenario can happen under security definer functions or when a common user and query is planned initially and then re-used across multiple SET ROLEs. Applying an incorrect policy may permit a user to complete otherwise-forbidden reads and modifications. This affects only databases that have used CREATE POLICY to define a row security policy. An attacker must tailor an attack to a particular application's pattern of query plan reuse, user ID changes, and role-specific row security policies. Versions before PostgreSQL 17.1, 16.5, 15.9, 14.14, 13.17, and 12.21 are affected.
CVE-2024-0985 harbor/harbor-db Late privilege drop in REFRESH MATERIALIZED VIEW CONCURRENTLY in PostgreSQL allows an object creator to execute arbitrary SQL functions as the command issuer. The command intends to run SQL functions as the owner of the materialized view, enabling safe refresh of untrusted materialized views. The victim is a superuser or member of one of the attacker's roles. The attack requires luring the victim into running REFRESH MATERIALIZED VIEW CONCURRENTLY on the attacker's materialized view. Versions before PostgreSQL 16.2, 15.6, 14.11, 13.14, and 12.18 are affected.
CVE-2023-5870 harbor/harbor-db A flaw was found in PostgreSQL involving the pg_cancel_backend role that signals background workers, including the logical replication launcher, autovacuum workers, and the autovacuum launcher. Successful exploitation requires a non-core extension with a less-resilient background worker and would affect that specific background worker only. This issue may allow a remote high privileged user to launch a denial of service (DoS) attack.
CVE-2023-5869 harbor/harbor-db A flaw was found in PostgreSQL that allows authenticated database users to execute arbitrary code through missing overflow checks during SQL array value modification. This issue exists due to an integer overflow during array modification where a remote user can trigger the overflow by providing specially crafted data. This enables the execution of arbitrary code on the target system, allowing users to write arbitrary bytes to memory and extensively read the server's memory.
CVE-2023-5868 harbor/harbor-db A memory disclosure vulnerability was found in PostgreSQL that allows remote users to access sensitive information by exploiting certain aggregate function calls with 'unknown'-type arguments. Handling 'unknown'-type values from string literals without type designation can disclose bytes, potentially revealing notable and confidential information. This issue exists due to excessive data output in aggregate function calls, enabling remote users to read some portion of system memory.
CVE-2023-39418 harbor/harbor-db A vulnerability was found in PostgreSQL with the use of the MERGE command, which fails to test new rows against row security policies defined for UPDATE and SELECT. If UPDATE and SELECT policies forbid some rows that INSERT policies do not forbid, a user could store such rows.
CVE-2023-39417 harbor/harbor-db IN THE EXTENSION SCRIPT, a SQL Injection vulnerability was found in PostgreSQL if it uses @extowner@, @extschema@, or @extschema:...@ inside a quoting construct (dollar quoting, '', or ""). If an administrator has installed files of a vulnerable, trusted, non-bundled extension, an attacker with database-level CREATE privilege can execute arbitrary code as the bootstrap superuser.
CVE-2023-2455 harbor/harbor-db Row security policies disregard user ID changes after inlining; PostgreSQL could permit incorrect policies to be applied in certain cases where role-specific policies are used and a given query is planned under one role and then executed under other roles.
CVE-2023-2454 harbor/harbor-db schema_element defeats protective search_path changes; It was found that certain database calls in PostgreSQL could permit an authed attacker with elevated database-level privileges to execute arbitrary code.
