You can power off your MCP OpenStack environment partially.
Before you start powering off the required nodes, verify that two Galera
dbs nodes are running. If only one Galera node is shut down and at least
one another is running, you will avoid any downtime in your cloud environment.
Once the verification is performed, proceed with powering off the required nodes using the following command:
salt '<node_name>' system.poweroff
