In MCP maintenance update 2019.2.4, deprecated OpenContrail 4.0 in the sake of OpenContrail 4.1. New deployments with OpenContrail 4.0 are not supported anymore. If you have an existing OpenContrail 4.0 deployment, Mirantis recommends updating it to 4.1 as described in MCP Operations Guide: Update the OpenContrail 4.x nodes.
