reconnecting after a client crash.
Fixed the issue with the inability to set public network parameters for the
Ceph Monitor and RADOS Gateway nodes during the creation of a deployment
model.
Added the missing Ceph parameters required to generate a deployment model
with Ceph through Cookiecutter templates.
