Fixed the issue with SSL being not configured for Apache.
To apply the issue resolution:
Open your Git project repository with the Reclass model on the cluster level.
In openstack/proxy.yml, add the following class:
- system.apache.server.ssl
Log in to the Salt Master node.
Apply the changes:
salt '*' state.apply reclass
