Implemented the CVP Shaker test suite allowing for automatic verification and
performance measurement of the data plane networking of an MCP OpenStack
deployment. CVP Shaker is based on Shaker that is a wrapper around popular
system network testing tools such as iperf, iperf3, and netperf.
