SNAT or LBaaS provisions two namespaces in the active-standby mode
on two random OpenStack compute nodes. To display the namespaces, use the
ip netns command.
The namespaces with vrouter-UUID represent SNAT and the namespaces
with vrouter-UUID-UUID represent LBaaS. Namespaces can be managed as
standard Linux networking using the netns command.
