[35730] Fixed the issue with the compute_node_address parameter
breaking a vRouter configuration and preventing it from start when switching
vRouter from the discovery method to static.
The issue affected the OpenContrail 3.2 deployments with the tenant network
being used for the OpenStack compute nodes communication
with the control plane.
[35200] Fixed the issue with the Error: 403 Permission Denied
displaying on most pages of the OpenContrail 4.1 web UI if a logged user
has roles not only in the admin tenant.
