Initial release of the Migration Tool, providing support for migration from MSR 2 and MSR 3 to MSR 4.

Key capabilities

• Migration is non-disruptive to existing MSR 2 and 3 systems until the cutover.

• Metadata transfer uses offline copies for consistency.

• To minimize downtime during the final cutover, image migration can be repeated to reduce the size of the delta before the last synchronization.

• The Migration Tool supports granular migration mode, to allow strict migration of permissions.
