SfNotifierErrorsWarning StackLight LMA alert that was based
on an unreliable metric.To prevent the issue with CADF notifications being unavailable, changed the version of Elasticsearch and Kibana to v5. Now, when deploying MCP Q4`18, Elasticsearch and Kibana v5 install by default instead of v6.
