This section includes the detailed procedure to upgrade OpenStack from Pike
to Queens.
Caution
We recommend that you do not upgrade or update OpenStack
and RabbitMQ simultaneously. Upgrade or update the RabbitMQ component only
once OpenStack is running on the new version.
