Important
Mirantis Container Runtime 29 follows the version numbering scheme of the upstream Moby and Docker CLI projects. Mirantis may skip upstream versions released in short succession, though, and opt instead to release a patch that contains the content of all upstream versions released in the intervening period since the previous MCR 29 patch release.
Users running MSR 2.9.16 or earlier must upgrade to MSR 2.9.17 or later before upgrading to MCR 29.

Time namespaces are on by default
Windows daemon on a Unix socket

Fixed an issue wherein installation from FIPS channels would fail on Windows Server 2019 with a side-by-side configuration error.
Warning
Certain packages for gVisor are included in this release in preparation for production release of gVisor with MCR 29.6.1. These do not yet constitute a complete implementation, so should not be used.
