Swarm

Fixed a SwarmKit bug in the log broker that caused the cluster sometimes to stop functioning (FIELD-3764).

Runtime

MCR now accepts only JWT licenses. To upgrade MCR, customers using a Docker Hub-issued license must first replace it with the new license version (ENGINE-486).
