Change your local MKE 4 password#

Important

MKE 4 users under an identity management protocol, such as LDAP or OIDC, must manage their passwords through their identity provider.

MKE 4 users can update their own password using the MKE 4 Dashboard.

  1. Log in to the MKE 4 Dashboard as an admin.

  2. Click My Profile in the right corner to go to the My Profile screen.

  3. Click the Change password button in the Security section. The Update password screen will display.

    Note

    The Security section is only visible to admins with a local Dex account.

  4. In the fields provided, enter your current password and your new password, and enter your new password again into the confirm new password field.

  5. Click update.
