Addressed issues

The following issues have been resolved in the MSR 3.0.7 patch release:

• [ENGDTR-2310, ENGDTR-2790, ENGDTR-2951] Fixed an issue in the web UI wherein various listed elements in the display were unable to present more than 10 items.

  Though resolved prior to the initial MSR 3.0 release, up until this MSR 3.0.7 patch release ENGDTR-2310 and ENGDTR-2790 have been erroneously reported as known issues.

• [FIELD-5947] Resolved sub-optimal garbage collection performance.
