Addressed issues

The following issue has been resolved in the MSR 3.0.9 patch release:

• [ENGDTR-4021] Fixed an issue with the MSR web UI wherein the LDAP team sync failed to filter users in accordance with the configured settings.

• [FIELD-2238] Fixed an issue wherein pushing an image to an immutable registry resulted in an uninformative error message.
