The following issues have been addressed in the MKE 3.5.0 release:
[MKE-8666, FIELD-4227, FIELD-4252] Fixed an issue with Kubernetes Pods on Windows nodes wherein hung containerd tasks triggered a CNI Pod restart loop, resulting in runaway resource consumption and worker node failure. As part of this fix, MCR 20.10.8 now includes containerd 1.5.8.
Mirantis strongly recommends that Windows customers upgrade containerd to version 1.5.8, which you can do by installing the latest version of MCR.
To upgrade containerd while continuing with an older version of MCR, refer to Install a specific version.
Fixed an issue wherein Pods could not be removed if the associated image pull secret has been previously deleted (FIELD-3638).
