Addressed issues

Issues that have been addressed in the MKE 3.5.6 release include:

• Fixed an issue wherein the ucp-kube-proxy container could mistakenly present as unhealthy in eBPF mode.

• [MKE-9110] Fixed an issue wherein IPVS mode was inoperable on kernel version 5.11 or later.

• [FIELD-4909] Fixed an issue wherein MKE failed to collect network data for RHEL 7.9 in the support bundle.

• [MKE-9107] Fixed an issue wherein a problem with Swarm-only mode was causing the installation of ucp-sf-notifier to sometimes fail.

• [MKE-9157] Fixed an issue wherein terminal logging was not returned to the MKE web UI for image pulls and admin authentication updates.
