MKE 3.8.16 offers support for fail_timeout and max_fails Nginx upstream server configurations in Interlock.

[MKE-12873] Update to LDAP Sync Jobs table in MKE web UI

Updated the Admin Settings → Authentication & Authorization → LDAP Sync Jobs table to include targeted sync jobs alongside full sync jobs. A new Sync Type` column distinguishes between Full LDAP Sync` and Targeted LDAP Sync entries, and administrators can now view logs for targeted sync jobs directly in the MKE web UI.
