Enhancements

Detail on the enhancements introduced in MKE 3.8.17 includes:

[IDEA-2598][MKE-14433] Protection of required images from garbage collection

MKE 3 now supports the exclusion of required container images from kubelet image garbage collection, thus preventing essential images from being removed during cleanup.
