Description

Horizon login probes for user {{ $labels.user_domain_name }}/{{ $labels.username }} with the {{ $labels.authentication_method }} method have been failing for the past 5 minutes.

To troubleshoot the issue, attempt to log in to Horizon directly. If the login fails, review the Horizon and Keystone service logs for errors.
