• [FIELD-6173] Improved the performance of migrating blobs from older versions of MSR.

Addressed issues

• [ENGDTR-4170] Fixed an issue wherein during migration the LDAP setting was not appearing in the destination MSR. Now, the setting is completely transferred to MSR 3.x metadata and can be accessed on the Settings page of the MSR web UI.
