Addressed issues

The list of the addressed issues in MSR 3.1.6 includes:

• [ENGDTR-4255] Fixed an issue wherein an uninstall option --destroy was not removing volumes from the host.

• [FIELD-7038] Fixed an issue wherein the scanningstore and rethinkdb-cli pods did not respect the global.nodeSelector specified in the values.yaml file or set in the helm upgrade --install command. With this update, both the scanningstore and the rethinkdb-cli pods now correctly apply the global.nodeSelector, ensuring they are deployed to the nodes specified in the configuration.
