Failed to estimate migration error message

During the Estimate stage of the migration workflow, you may encounter the following error message:

failed to estimate MSR registry migration: failed to verify given directory: unable to get directory FileInfo: /mnt/test2: stat /mnt/test2: no such file or directory

1. When running MMT from a Docker container, ensure that the path provided for storing migration data has been mounted as a docker volume to the local machine.

2. When running MMT outside of Docker, ensure the path provided exists.
