Addressed issues

Issues addressed in the MSR 3.1.1 release include:

• [FIELD-6489] Fixed an issue wherein the SAML login button did not function starting with MSR 3.0.5.

• [FIELD-6506] Fixed an issue with MSR offline installation wherein the RethinkDB image was not properly tagged.

• [FIELD-6553] Fixed an issue wherein SCIM login was failing at authentication, returning a null value.
