Addressed issues

Issues addressed in the MKE 3.7.19 release include:

• [FIELD-7401] Fixed an issue wherein services created in the MKE web UI failed to properly use provided registry credentials.

• [FIELD-7376] Fixed an issue wherein the kubernetes orchestrator type for worker nodes was lost following a manual node upgrade performed through the MKE web UI.

• [FIELD-7370] Fixed an issue wherein the support data for a node was not included when a support bundle was generated with a beginning time parameter.
