Addressed issues

Issues addressed in the MKE 3.7.20 release include:

• [FIELD-7519] Fixed an issue wherein the MKE restore process failed in Swarm-only mode.

• [FIELD-4558] Fixed an issue wherein filtering for running containers did not properly exclude exited containers when container events were missing.
