NovaServiceDown

Severity	Critical
Summary	{{ $labels.binary }} service is down.
Description	The {{ $labels.binary }} service is in the down state in the {{ $labels.zone }} zone on the {{ $labels.host }} host.

NovaServiceOutage

Severity	Critical
