Blueprints

This section contains a collection of Mirantis OpenStack for Kubernetes (MOSK) architecture blueprints. It is primarily intended for systems architects who design MOSK clouds and for deployment engineers who build them.

A MOSK cloud is assembled from building blocks. Each product feature is a block that is regularly tested and quality-assured. You can combine those blocks in many ways: by following a documented design, or according to your operational requirements.

A blueprint is a recommended composition of such blocks - it describes which features to enable and how to configure them to achieve a specific behavior of the cloud infrastructure or to integrate it with a specific external system. Some blueprints are reference architectures: documented, reusable target designs for a class of deployment, describing topology, node roles, and key configuration.

Unless a blueprint states otherwise, Mirantis has validated it at least once. Some blueprints, or the product features they rely on, may also be retested as part of the MOSK release cycle.

You can apply blueprints alone or in combination. Interoperability of all possible combinations is not guaranteed.
